STUDENT LUNCH PROJECT

Since 2012

The 'Student Lunch' project was initiated in 2012 and was introduced to rural Thai schools, allowing them to breed crickets ,other livestock, including chickens, frogs, catfish and even organic vegetables - which can then be made into various edible goods and sold, generating more income for the students and villagers in the community. Students in rural Thai schools have always had shortage of meals. This in turn, gave the idea of creating a "lunch" program that would be of great help to these children. This plan involves teaching the students about self-sufficiency by growing their own fruits and vegetable according to climate and weather. This will not only provide their basic lunch meals but they may even take these crops home to their families.
